Office: No registration with Teams Free possible

When registering via the web browser on the PC, I only receive the error message after entering my Microsoft accounts and password: "An error has occurred. Please try again."

When registering via the mobile app (iPhone or iPad) I get a small step further: After entering my Microsoft account, the password and my mobile phone number I get a four-digit code via SMS for verification. If I type it in, I get the error message: "Invalid
code. Please check the code and try again."

This means I can't register my organization with teams.

I have to add that I had already registered my organisation with teams before, but then deleted them using the method described by Microsoft (keyword: Azure Active Direcory)...

Here I start by clicking the purple "Sign up for free" button.

 

I just replicated those steps and ended up with an error page. I think that I will have to reroute this issue to the Microsoft Community.

 

I just tried again also. Instead of getting "An error has occurred. Please try again." I ended up with this message today:

The subscription I have is "Microsoft 365". I only want to register for Teams Free. And there's no administrator. So I might have to add an "active subscription for the tenant"? If, how do I do that?
