Office: OneDrive - UPN Change impact on Meeting Notes

Dear Community,

we are planning a UPN Change and are reviewing which impact this could have for our productive users.

My Question is based on the following discovery,

If a Teams Meetings isn't scheduled through a channel, but through Outlook or anything else which is not assigning a channel to the Meeting. The Meeting notes gets saved into the personal OneDrive of the user and then gets shared via OneDrive share link
into the Meeting itself.

In case we Change the UPN the URL to our personal OneDrive changes and we would need to reshare the Meeting notes to make the accessable for everyone again.

We are trying to limit this Impact,

1. we are open for any idea how to solve this issue. Microsoft doesn't support the UPN change for OneDrive shared files natively I think.
2. Is there any way to access the CosmosDB of Teams where the Chats get stored. May we could change there the UPNs/OneDrive Links again to the new ones.
   
3. In case we would be able to change the Links we would still need to reshare the files after the UPN change, is that right?

Well, basically you will not have problems with permissions, I mean, if you already shared files or folders, meeting notes or any item from your Onedrive site with other colleagues, after changed the UPN, guest permissions will remain, now the big problem is
the URL, yes all URL/Links will be useless, so, by my own experience if you goes to change all "UPNs" from your users, you have to prepare, because all users will complain, about links access with a 404 error.

So, about this, Microsoft says:

"Shared OneDrive files=

If a user shared OneDrive files with others, the links will no longer work after a UPN change. The user will need to re-share the files."

And, about this: Is there any way to access the CosmosDB of Teams where the Chats get stored.

Is not possible to access to ComosDB to do that.
